In this peaceful oasis where everything has the typical Tuscanian landscape colors, we have listened the wind that has told us about the cuisine that stopped the time, about that aromas and taste born on the old stoves where our grandmothers put all their knowledge and love to recreate far atmosphere.

They are all located at the ground floor ( accessible also for disabled people ), where you can spend your holiday’s days, not so far away from the chaos of the city (the centre of Pistoia is just 3.5 Km away from our hotel)
THE ACIENT REFETTORIO: The most original room in the hotel, the “Antico Refettorio” is an exclusive space with his original bench called “fratine”.
The room is bright, overlooking the valley, with celeing vault and paitings under the white walls.
This room is perfect for a private dinner or a private event up to 30 people.
SALONE FOLCHI This was the old church of the convent, deconsacrated in 1970.
This space can accomodate a very high number of people and is perfect for big events (wedding, meetings…).
THE EXTERNAL CLOISTER During summer season, this cloister is our restaurant during lunch and dinner time.
During the evening is a pleasure stay there, drinking a glass of red Chianti.

Food is fantastic and service is great. Wonderful restaurant in a wonderful hotel serving local dishes.
A great dinner experience. Food is good, the kitchen prepares a complementary starter for hotel guests. The cuisine is excellent, pasta and main courses can be recommended. The terrace view over pistoia is amazing. Definetly worth a visit. Oh and the waiter can provide good wines and guess which one is the best for you.
