The hotel is at 3.5km from the city centre, surrounded by olive and oak trees, and has a spectacular view over the valley until the city of Florence ( if you look closely you can also spot the Duomo! )
The location is an hotel since 1972 but until 1970 it has been a franciscan convent, with the old church and the cells where the friars used to live.
Completely restored during the ’70 of the past century, during the Second World War the Germans occupied the place for 2 years thanks to the strategic position.
Today is a four star hotel with 30 different rooms obtained from the old cells of the convent.
The previous and lead restoration has maintained the original structure of the place to promote its history.
All the rooms has private bathroom and all the comforts ( mini bar, air condition, vanity set ); some of our room enjoy a spectacular view from their window.
You can easly park your car in the outside parking for free or in the internal parking that during summer time is on payment.
The park, swimming pools, panoramic terrace and the two cloister are open for everybody as the restaurant, the solarium area.
